On Holidays from 8th December 2009 to 3rd of February 2010.
We are going overseas for Christmas and our Sons’ Wedding!

ONLINE STORE - CLOSED

The last day to get your order in with a guaranteed shipment BEFORE we leave will be 5th December 2009, any custom orders after that date, please do expect delays. For all other customers, I will ship inventory items all the way up until the 5th December 2009.

Private Group Booking for a “Twilight 2 Twilight” Weekend Retreats
You are advised to book your Private group retreat as soon as possible BEFORE we leave. The last day to secure your weekend for 2010 will be the 5th of December 2009

CRAFT GROUPS

• No Craft groups meeting during this time
• Start again the 2nd weekend in February 2010

RETREATS

 Twilight Craft Hosted “Twilight 2 Twilight” Weekend Retreats

 • Online store Open during these dates only to secure your place and weekend

 • Please expect delays in your orders

You can still Paid your deposit to secure your place/ Package & Weekend for a Hosted Twilight Craft Weekend Retreat.

You are required to register on the website with a valid credit card but no money will be debited during the vacation period. Please note that once we have return from holidays (03/02/2010) your credit card will be billed for 100% of the deposit for your chosen weekend.

• A non-refundable Booking Fee ($10.00) & Deposit ($30.00) per person (total $40.00) to be paid on booking of Day/ Weekend pass

• This deposit secures your place at Twilight 2 Twilight. Your place will not be reserved until the deposit is paid in full.

Once I return, I will be doing the following;

• Planning retreats for next year!

 • Contacting customers who have booked in our Twilight Crafts Hosted retreat to secure their place and processing payments

 • Taking Booking for Private Groups Retreats from the 5th of February 2010

 • Planning & getting ready for the Annual Quilter’s Trail & Bus Tours

 • Planning workshops & Classes

 TWILIGHT CRAFTS STORE – OPEN

The Shop Twilight Crafts will be closed for two weeks over Christmas.

 Monday 21st December CLOSED reopen Monday 4th January, 2010

 Twilight Crafts store will remain open during this time, but I will not be able to answer convos, send orders, nor will I be able to book private group’s retreats.
